My Story
I am a mixed-method UX Researcher specializing in product internationalization and RTL localization. I combine the iterative process of design thinking with deep cognitive psychology and human behavior understanding to approach complex problems.
After 6 years of working in the retail industry, I can identify not only what drives conversion but also how to ensure a positive customer experience as people navigate digital environments. Customers are at the heart of what makes a business successful and when done well, a business thrives off of the satisfaction and efficiencies that benefit customers, which is something that I am passionate about and consistently aims to achieve.
My experience and education in psychology has given me the ability to understand people’s emotions, behaviors, and motivations. It has also taught me the power of research and how to be observant. My experience in education inside the classroom - as a teacher - and outside - as Head of Admissions - has allowed me to connect with others and simplify problems. My director role as Head of Admissions HUB for a new school opening 2 campuses in the middle of covid has taught me persuasion, perseverance, and creativity in problem solving.
My diverse personal and professional background has shaped my experiences in equity and inclusion. While I am independently motivated, I appreciate collective efforts and collaborate productively within group settings.
